• Buckingham Valley Vineyards is offering “Labels of Love” from Feb. 1 through Feb. 14. Choose from a dozen different Valentine’s Day theme labels on bottles of award-winning Pink Champagne for $12.50 per bottle. Labels can be personalized with a name for an additional $1.
• Peace Valley Winery will release a new wine called “Strawberry Passion” just in time forValentine's Day. This sweet white wine features natural strawberry and comes in a 500ml heart-shaped bottle. It will be available on Feb. 10.
• Rose Bank Winery will be highlighting its Raspberry Secret and Chocolate Orange Port the first two weeks of February. Special pricing will be offered with a Brix chocolate and wine purchase.

Bucks County Wine Pairing Dinners:

Many of the nine wineries that comprise the Bucks County Wine Trail are inviting wine enthusiasts to celebrate Valentine’s Day with food and wine pairings and tastings, as well as seasonal wine favorites.

• Crossing Vineyards and Winery will host a romantic candlelit Valentine’s Dinner at 7 p.m. on Feb. 13 and Feb. 14. The dinner includes a five-course gourmet meal and a bottle of house wine per couple. Cost: $89 per person plus tax (gratuity not included) Menu substitutions may be arranged in advance.
• New Hope Winery will host a four-course Valentine’s Day dinner on Feb. 14 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The meal features four wines pairings. Musician Kara Lia will perform. Cost is $75.
• Sand Castle Winery will host a five-course guided food and wine tasting provided by Joey G’s Premiere Catering and Events. The event begins with a wine sampling of current releases (from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.) The sit-down meal is from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cost is $40 per person.

Les Canards Chantants and ACRONYM: Servo d’Amore

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, solo-voice ensemble Les Canards Chantants joins forces with critically-acclaimed Baroque string band ACRONYM to offer a rich and romantic program of chamber music by Giovanni Valentini (c1582–1649), who was once Kapell-meister of the Holy Roman Empire. The concert will include large-ensemble sonatas performed by ACRONYM on period Baroque instruments, and a selection of Valentini’s madrigals for voices and instruments, originally published in 1616. With their passionate poetry, intensely lushharmonies (imagine Monteverdi and Gesualdo had a lovechild), infectious rhythms and extravagant instrumentation (one includes parts for 6 singers, continuo, violone, violin, and three – count them – three violas!), these madrigals will envelope you in the extremes of renaissance color, emotion and virtuosity. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear this incredible music performed live for the first time in four hundred years. Beer Pairing Dinner

Cairnwood Estate invites couples looking for something new and different for Valentine’s Day. Join  “Hearts & Hops;” a beer tasting event. From 8 to 11 p.m. Feb. 14, guests can experience the grandeur of the Gilded Age as they stroll through the first floor of the mansion, enjoy music performed by Philly Event Group, and pair sweet and savory hors d’oeuvres while sampling beers. Cairnwood is partnering with local breweries, which will offer samples of their premium beers. Delectable edibles from Sage Catering of Berwyn will complement the beer. Philly Event Group will provide an eclectic musical backdrop and Fleur De Lis will create a romantic ambiance for a wonderful evening Admission is $40 for individuals and $70 for couples; half price admission for Cairnwood members. Proceeds will benefit the operations, public programs, preservation and restoration efforts of Cairnwood Estate, a non-profit organization.

Love is in the Air! Family Valentine Party

Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Library in Bristol is hosting a Love is in the Air! Valentine Party at the Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Library on February 10th for kids ages three through seven. The party will feature crafts, love stories and songs and some sweet treats.

Annual Bleed Purple Blood Drive

Show some love for your community! The Bristol branch of Inspire Federal Credit Union will once again be the site of the Inspire FCU Bleed Purple Blood Drive, an American Red Cross partnership that will take place Saturday, February 13, 2016 from 9am-2pm. The event is open to the entire Bucks County community and will feature free food and beverages, special discounts to local businesses, and Inspire FCU giveaways. All eligible donors are welcome to contribute at the Bleed Purple Blood Drive. Walk-ins are welcome, but advance registration is preferred to avoid long wait times. All potential donors must bring a driver’s license and/or a donor card. According to Inspire FCU, all potential and eligible donors will receive a coupon for a free pound of coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts.
