Ethan Stein, Solebury School in New Hope, Pa

From Ethan's Family:

Ethan is a graduate of Solebury school in New Hope, Pa. He is a young man of energy and vivacity. He truly enjoys learning, particularly history and culture. He loves discovering aspects of other societies and civilizations, what happened and why, and so he is interested in majoring in either history or psychology in college. But he knows that learning doesn't stop when he leaves the classroom, and has tried to gain firsthand knowledge through his various travels across the globe; he has been to places as diverse as China, Vietnam and Belize. While in Belize, he dove down 130 feet into the Great Blue Hole, the culmination of years of SCUBA diving. He also is active as a member of the Solebury Ski Club, and he has run track and cross country each year, both of which he credits for aiding in his growth and learning. Ethan has been a vital member of the distance team, running the 400m, 800m, 1600m, 3200m, 4 x 800m and 4 x 400m relays. He received a Most Improved Award his first year with the team. Ethan is a kind young man, a good friend, and a good brother, who is always on the lookout for his next adventure.
