How would you like sautéed Kennett Square mushrooms and thick-cut candied bacon over cheddar biscuits with onions, spinach, 2 poached eggs, and a truffled hollandaise sauce? Or how about a Tussock Sedge Farm Angus burger topped with a mushroom duxelle, onions, spinach, and smoked gouda?

Drooling yet?

This is just a small sample of the deliciousness that awaits locals at The Down to Earth Cafe’s annual Mushroom Week! This Bucks County farm-to-table favorite, located in Perkasie, is literally getting “down to earth” in their annual celebration of the mushroom, featuring locally grown Kennett Square mushrooms.

From March 1, 2016 to March 6, 2016 the popular Perkasie eatery will feature local, wild and exotic mushrooms in many different forms and dishes.
