Our beautiful bride of the month, presented by La Belle Mariée, is Darice of South Plainfield, New Jersey, who wed Kevin Monk in Montego Bay, Jamaica on April 23, 2016.

How did you and your now husband, Kevin, meet?

Darice: We were introduced by a mutual friend at my best friend’s house, where we all met up to attend an event.

Tell us about your wedding location and why you chose it!?

Darice: We chose to have our wedding in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I’ve always dreamt of having a destination wedding and after traveling to Jamaica four years prior, we thought Jamaica would be the perfect place to have a beautiful beach wedding.

What was your favorite moment from the day of your wedding?

Darice: My favorite part of the wedding was being introduced into the reception as Mr. and Mrs. Monk. We were surrounded by 70 guests that joined us in Jamaica and the love that we felt as we danced into the reception felt great.

How did your dress make you feel?

Darice: I felt amazing in my dress. My dress was beautiful and the embellishment that we decided to add was just the perfect touch that I was looking for.
