Bucks County's biggest weight loss challenge is back!

This is a 12 week weight loss challenge which includes all three components to successful weight loss: 1) physician – assisted weight loss programming including monitoring vital signs and wellness throughout 2) one on one counseling including assistance with meal planning, workouts, hydration and medical troubleshooting 3) a support network with optional small groups, group workouts, small contests throughout to keep motivation, a blog with recipes, tips and workout suggestions to guide you along your lifestyle modification journey! 4) Now offering Life coaching for individuals that need that additional guidance.

This contest is open to the general public, thus you do not need to be a member at the NAC to participate. The program (including entrance fee) is $400, and participants can enroll by visiting Refresh inside the Newtown Athletic Club. The grand prize will go to the individual who loses the highest percentage of weight during the 90 day challenge. First and second place prizes are valued at over $2,000 in cash and prizes. Additional prizes will be announced.

Since successful weight loss is such an elusive goal, this challenge is perfectly positioned to give the tools and motivation necessary to all the participants to achieve their goals. This weight loss program, under the direction of Dr. Lori Gerber, Board Certified Physician, is one of the only programs in the area that will give you access to top professionals in all the required areas for successful weight loss including exercise and fitness.
