Calling all entrepreneurs! Bucks County Community College is hosting the second annual Women’s Summit on Entrepreneurship Friday, October 26, at the Upper Bucks Campus. Whether you already own your own business or are thinking about starting one, you will benefit from this day of workshops and presentations.

Where: Bucks County Community College’s Upper Bucks Campus, located at One Hillendale Road, Perkasie

When: Friday, October 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (registration begins at 8 a.m.)

The Women’s Summit brings together members of the community to provide inspiration and helpful business advice to women in Bucks County. Women looking to start, expand, and lead entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial initiatives have the chance to meet and learn from like-minded individuals.

The event begins with registration and continental breakfast at 8 a.m., followed by workshops from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There are two topic tracks to choose from: Smart Start for aspiring entrepreneurs and start-up companies, and Scale Up for existing business owners. Both tracks include workshops on branding, marketing, emotional intelligence and leadership.

The Smart Start track includes speakers such as Lauren Datillo, Christopher Bennett, Krista Harper, and Mary Fran Bontempo. The Scale Up track includes speakers such as Christin Myers, Stephen Goldblum, Robyn Graham, and Jill Kahlenberg.
