The weather is warming and Easter is on its way … it's the perfect time to get outside and enjoy some fun with the family! With egg hunts, photos with the Bunny, and many restaurants offering special menus, there are so many ways to celebrate in Bucks County.

Lower Bucks

Easter Bunny at Oxford Valley Mall

When: Friday, March 13 through Saturday, April 11
Where: 2300 E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne

Visit with the Bunny and look out for special events such as an Arrival Party on Saturday, March 14 from 11 a.m. to noon in the Macy's Court. There will be arts & crafts, Easter fashion show, balloon twisting, samples and more.

The Caring Bunny on Sunday, March 22 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for children with special needs. (Reserve an appointment here.) And Pet Photos are Sunday, April 5 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Easter Bunny at Neshaminy Mall

When: Thursday, March 19 through Saturday, April 11
Where: 707 Neshaminy Mall, Bensalem

The Easter Bunny will be at the mall Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. Bring your pets on Mondays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. And there will be a special Bunny Cares Day event on Sunday, March 29 before the mall opens for children with special needs.

Pop-Up Storytime with the Easter Bunny at Oxford Valley Mall – CANCELLED

When: Friday, March 27 from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Where: 2300 E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne, Center Court of the Mall

Kids will love this special storytime with songs, crafts, and a parade as everyone escorts the Easter Bunny to his garden.

Bunny Brunch & Egg Hunt at Emilie United Methodist Church

When: Saturday, March 28 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with Egg Hunt at 11 a.m.
Where: 7300 New Falls Road, Levittown

Presented by Cub Pack 102 and BSA Girl Troop 102, this event will be fun for the whole family. Bring your camera for photos with the Easter Bunny. Get creative at the craft tables. And enjoy a brunch of pancakes, sausage and beverages. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under. Purchase in advance or at the door.

New Hope Ivyland Railroad Easter Bunny Express

When: Select days March 28 through Easter Day
Where: New Hope & Ivyland Railroad, 32 West Bridge Street, New Hope

All board the Easter Bunny Express! Take in the sights of early spring as the Easter Bunny visits with all of the children handing out special candy treats and posing for photos taken by the staff. Tickets start at $36.99. Advance reservations are required.

Middletown Athletic Association Easter Bunny Lunch & Egg Hunt

When: Sunday, March 29 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Middletown Community Center, 2142 Trenton Road

Come enjoy pizza, refreshments, an egg hunt, and you can take your picture with the Easter Bunny! Plus, there will be a real bunny that kids can pet and take pictures with. Tickets are $8 per person and must be purchased in advance.

April’s Family Fun Friday Easter Celebration at Neshaminy Mall

When: Friday, April 3 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Where: 707 Neshaminy Mall, Bensalem

Head over to the mall for an Easter celebration! There will be an egg hunt for ages 1-10 (divided into groups), crafts, cookie decorating, balloon art, face painting, vendors and more. The egg hunt will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. in the children's play area near the movie theater.

Newtown NBA Easter Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, April 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Where: Goodnoe School, 298 Frost Lane, Newtown 

The Newtown Business Association will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt on April 4, 2020.
8:30 am – Meet and greet with the Easter Bunny!
9:00 am sharp – Easter Egg Hunt begins.

NBA members will donate over 500 prizes in addition to the candy filled eggs. Children will be divided into different age groups to make it a safe experience for everyone. An adult & grandparent egg hunt will round out the event! Raindate April 11.

Elmo's Eggstravaganza

After the success of opening for Easter celebrations for the first time last year, Sesame Place is doing it again in 2020! The park will be open select days in April before officially opening for the 2020 season. Visit and take photos with the Easter Bunny in his ALL-NEW Easter Bunny Picture Patch, hippity-hop down Cottontail Trail and find their way through a hedge maze as they set off on a unique EGG-venture to find a special Easter basket hidden somewhere along the trail! Northampton Township Parks & Rec Bunny Hunt “Egg”Venture

Where: Maureen M Welch Elementary School 750 New Rd, Churchville, PA  

Are you up for an adventure? Peter Cottontail has been hoppin’ ‘round the Bunny Trail in Northampton Township and he can’t be found! You can help  find him. Enjoy an entertaining show and balloon art with walk around magic. Then get ready for an outdoor “egg venture” following clues to find the Bunny, along with lots of help from local business friends. There may be some surprises along the way, so don't forget your Easter baskets or a shopping bag. With your help, the Bunny can find his way back for photos and maybe even a bunny hop or two!

Easter Egg Hunt at Washington Crossing Park

When: Saturday, April 4 at 10 a.m.
Where: Washington Crossing Historic Park, across from the Visitor Center (in the Valley of Concentration), Route 32 and Route 532

The Kiwanis Club of Washington Crossing-Yardley will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt on April 4, 2020 across from the Visitor Center.
There will also be an opportunity to meet and get a picture with the Easter Bunny.

Hop your way into spring at our super fun Easter Egg-stravaganza! Take a wagon ride to the “Hunting Grounds” where kids will find 6 candy-filled eggs, get a prize and meet the Easter Bunny. A great way to kick-off the spring season. Admission includes Festival Field fun such as the giant jumping pillows, inflatables, chalk truck, playground and more. Enjoy a hot, tasty breakfast while mixing, mingling and taking photos with the Bunny. The menu includes omelets, French toast, bacon, sausage, potatoes, bagels, toast, English muffins, fresh fruit, juice, milk & coffee.

Feasterville Business Association Easter Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, April 4 at 10 a.m.
Where: Russell Elliot Memorial Park, 150 Buck Road, Feasterville

Area youngsters are invited to join the Easter Bunny for the annual FBA Easter Egg Hunt. Prizes will be awarded to the leading egg gatherers. Parents are encouraged to bring a camera to take photos with the Easter Bunny. The Friends of the Lower Southampton Library are co-sponsoring the event.

Egg Hunt at Fireside Smokehouse

The Fireside staff is hosting a free egg hunt rain or shine at noon. There will be a limit on the number of children, so send a Facebook message to RSVP by March 31.

Annual Egg Scramble

When: Thursday, April 9 from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Where: Warminster Community Park, 1100 Veterans Way, Warminster

This free event is open to children ages 3 through 10. Eggs will be scattered outside the park for age groups 3-4 years, 5-7 years and 8-10 years. For safety reasons, registration is limited to 5oo children. As of publish date, the younger groups are already full! But there are still slots left for 8-10 years old.

Morrisville-Yardley Rotary’s Community Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, April 11 at 11 a.m.
Where: Williamson Park, 639 North Delmorr Avenue

The Morrisville-Yardley Rotary Club will hold its community egg hunt on Saturday, April 11. The event is free and will include special prizes and an opportunity to meet and take pictures with the Easter Bunny. Children are broken up into 3 age groups: 3 and under, 4 to 6 and 7 to 10 years old.

Warrington Township Annual Easter Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, April 4 from 11 a.m. to noon

Bring your own basket, bucket or bag for your children to collect Easter Eggs! Egg hunts will begin at 11:00 am with the first group 3 and under. Groups 4-5, 6-7 and 8-9 will follow.

Easter Bunny & Egg Hunt at The Market at DelVal

When: April 4, 5, 10 and 11 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: The Market At DelVal, 2100 Lower State Roadd, Doylestown

It’s hunting season…for eggs, that is! Hop on over and kick off the spring season with this super fun Easter Egg Hunt. Bring your own basket, and don’t forget your cameras! Come out to the farm for a day of springtime fun! Bring your favorite Easter basket to collect eggs and a big smile for pictures with the Easter Bunny! In addition, there will be activities such as inflatables and a monster slide for the kids. Plus, food, live music and a local brewery. Admission is $10 per child and includes the egg hunt, goody bag, Easter Bunny visit and 5 event tickets. Adults and children under 12 months are free. Pre-registration is preferred. Door Admission that day is $12.

Discover Doylestown Visit with the Easter Bunny

When: Sunday, April 5 from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Where: Discover Doylestown 63 East State Street, Doylestown

Meet the Easter Bunny on the porch of Discover Doylestown, then follow the bunny trail through town! Many of your favorite merchants will be participating and providing Easter goodies for all who attend.

Easter Bunny Photos to Benefit Siberian Husky Rescue – Bucks Country Gardens

When: Sunday, April 5 from noon to 4 p.m.
Where: Bucks Country Gardens, 1057 N Easton Road, Doylestown

Fury friendly event! The Bunny will be on hand to take pictures with pets and children alike!  Photos will be taken by a professional photographer and your Easter keepsake will be printed on site! All proceeds will benefit the Delaware Valley Siberian Husky Rescue, a non-profit dog rescue dedicated to finding permanent, loving homes for unwanted Siberian Huskies. For $10, receive a 4 x 6 photo in an Easter egg photo holder. Receive two photos for $18. There will also be the option to buy the digital file.

Visit with the Easter Bunny at Froehlick's Farm & Garden Center

Photos with the Easter Bunny are free! Bring your own camera. There will be variety of children activities, food and drink available, in addition to a great selection of Easter flowers from the garden center. Activity tickets may be purchased the day of at the ticket window.

Shop Hop Bunny Trail at Peddler's Village

When: Saturday, April 11 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Peddler's Village, Lahaska

Collect eggs at participating shops and return them to Ricky the Rabbit in the Main Green Gazebo for prizes and candy.

Easter Bunny Visit and Cookie Decorating, Lahaska

When: Saturday, April 11 from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Where: Sweet Occasions Peddler's Village, 74 Peddlers Village, Lahaska

Sweet Occasions is hosting a fun cookie decorating workshop while Ricky the Rabbit visits the village. Tie-dying eggs is a tradition this time of year for many, but have you ever tie-dyed a sugar cookie? The bakery will provide everything, have staff on site to teach the tricks, and package everything up for you to take home and enjoy! This event costs $12 per participant. Please register so they can prepare supplies, but payment will be taken at the door.
