19th Annual Galaxy Art Show and Sale Preview Reception

Join NOVA for their annual fundraiser, the Galaxy Art Show & Sale. Preview and buy beautiful artwork from 75 of Bucks County’s finest artists in the 3rd floor rotunda of the Bucks County Courthouse in Doylestown. Free admission will be from October 26 to October 28 from 10:00am – 4:00 pm.
Janis Ian

23 Steps
Bowman's Hill Tower, New Hope

Come enjoy an evening of spooky tales, star gazing, and spectacular views at the 3rd annual 23 Steps event at Bowman’s Hill Tower. The evening will include a brief history of the tower, a reading from Adi-Kent Thomas Jeffrey’s Ghosts in the Valley: True Hauntings in the Delaware Valley, violin performances by Michael and Timothy Gehrsitz from Council Rock, Continental soldiers patrolling the perimeter of the property, refreshments & other items for sale. The highlight of the evening will be a trip to the top of the tower to view the surrounding countryside by moonlight and the stars through a telescope.
Doylestown Library Book Sale

The Friends of the Library has been collecting tens of thousands of donations all year, selecting the best and offering them for sale at the Annual Friends of the Library Book Sale. Come out and pick up your winter reading material and support the library! As always, Friday, October 26, will be for members only.
Olde Langhorne Harvest Day

Lil' Monsters' Halloween Party

Join the Newtown Athletic Club for their Lil Monsters Halloween Party. This is a family event for ages 2 and up. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Dress in your favorite costume. Activities included are decorating mini pumpkins and cookies, fun house obstacle course, make witch hands, mummy wrap your parents, spooky maze, inflatables and much more.
10th Annual High Heeled Race
Mechanic St, New Hope

The Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce will host the 10th annual High Heel Race and the 2nd annual Pumpkin Man Contest. Always a crowd pleaser, the High Heel Race will take place on Friday, October 26 on Mechanic Street in New Hope, PA. Everyone in the race, male or female, will wear high heels as they carry a pumpkin up and down a designated route on Mechanic Street. It's free two watch and free to participate! Prizes will be rewarded. Drag racing is welcome!
Tour and Ghost Stories at the Pearl S. Buck House
Pearl S. Bucks House, Perkasie

Join the Pearl S. Bucks House, one of the most historic houses in Bucks County, for a night of candlelit tours and ghost stories, hayrides and refreshments. Attendees will experience authentic documented ghosts stories from the 68-acre national historic landmark, Green Hills Farm, including the tales of : Devil Harry, the nosy colonial maid; Mrs. Loris- the housekeeper; Magdalena- the deserted fiance; and others from Pearl S. Buck’s novels. Tickets for the event at $10 and free for children under 5 years old. Tickets must be reserved in advance.
