Isaac Newton's Specialty Keg Tapping:

Thursday at opening, Isaacs will be tapping a keg of Hill Farmstead Harlan IPA (6%). Though some may think it understated for an American IPA at only 6%, they would be categorically incorrect. A masterpiece in balance, Harlan is described by the brewery as their Edward Pale Ale’s “slightly more aggressive alter-ego”. Dry-hopped exclusively with Columbus hops, the beer explodes with notes of citrus, pineapple, and peach all complementing a crystal malt body.

Hill Farmstead products are favorites of both the staff and clientele so, without a doubt., Harlan will not last long so stop by for a glass or two before it’s gone!
