In order to understand and better serve the needs of our community, UW Bucks wants to hear from you. We want to learn from your experiences, understand your concerns, and offer you the opportunity to share your vision for our community. This 90 minute “kitchen table” conversations will be led by experienced facilitators. Light refreshments will be served. Don't miss your chance to be heard. Designer Handbag Bingo
Bucks County Technical High School, 610 Wistar Road, Fairless Hills PA 19030
6:00pm – 9:00pm

The Bucks County Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired is hosting a Designer Handbag Bingo. Win authentic Coach, Kate Spade and Michael Kors Bags! This fun event is being held at the Bucks County Technical High School. Tickets are only $30 and include 12 regular games of Bingo, coffee and dessert. There will also be a 13th game. 50/50 chances and basket auction tickets will be $1 each , $5 for 6, or $10 for 15. All proceeds support the programs of BCABVI, a local non profit serving the vision needs of the Bucks County Community.

Helping Friends in Need Fundraiser
Caleb's American Kitchen, 5738 Rt 202, Lahaska
5:00pm – 8:00pm

Caleb’s American Kitchen along with the support of neighboring restaurants, Marsha Brown, Havana, Martine’s Riverhouse, The Landing, The Logan Inn, Triumph Brewery and Bitter Bob’s are coming together to host a special charity event for some local Friends in Need – Karen & Randy Charlins and Mark Wade. On February 7, the Charlins Family tragically lost their world to a devastating house fire, which also took their two beloved dogs. Both Karen and Randy have been a staple in the New Hope restaurant scene as Karen currently bartends at Mojito’s and Randy, a long time bartender at Marsha Brown. Mark Wade has also met adversary with a life threatening illness. Weeks ago he was diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Cancer. Friends in Need is an opportunity for our community to offer financial support to Karen, Randy and Mark. 100% of ticket sales and silent auction funds will be split among these friends.

George Washington's 283rd Birthday Party
Washington Crossing Historic Park, N. River Rd, Washington Crossing
10:00am – 2:00pm

Come celebrate George Washington’s 283rd birthday! Admission is $1. During the day, buildings in the historic village will be open with demonstrations taking place in the blacksmith shop, cooking in the Hibbs House, Colonial dress-up in the Frye House and more. Every child will receive materials to make a special birthday card for General Washington, who will arrive at the park at 1 p.m. Soon after his arrival, visitors will sing Happy Birthday to him and enjoy cake that he will cut with his sword.

87th Academy Awards in Grand Style
Newtown Theatre, 120 N. State St, Newtown
6:30pm – 11:00pm

Join in to view The Academy Awards Ceremony shown larger than life via the theatre’s state-of-the-art digital projection system! The evening also features Commercial-Break Raffle Prizes, donated by local businesses, and an OSCAR ballot competition ($5/ballot) for a Grand Prize! Come dressed to impress! All proceeds benefit The Newtown Theatre & Newtown Arts Company.
