They're a great way to support local small businesses and fellow members of the community, and you're pretty much guaranteed to find gifts that the recipient won't already have. Here's a roundup of craft shows in Bucks County this holiday season.
Lydia's Guild Holiday Craft Show
When: Now through November 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. Open 9:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13.
Where: Aldie Mansion, 85 Dublin Pike, Doylestown
Lydia's Guild is celebrating its 36th Anniversary in 2018. This year's show will feature over 95 artisans. Admission is $4, and free after 5 p.m. All return visits are free. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Laurel House, Heifer International, Manna on Main and Heritage Conservancy,
Holy Ghost Prep Annual Holiday Craft Show
When: Saturday, November 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, November 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: 2429 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA
This is one of the area’s most anticipated craft shows! There will be over 100 crafters offering handcrafted items, homemade baked goods, 50/50 drawings and raffle baskets.
Merry Little Christmas Faire
When: Sunday, November 11 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Phoenix Sport Club, 301 W. Bristol Road, Feasterville
Shop over 25 vendors and crafters! There will be food to purchase, the bar will be open and games will be on.
Holiday Shoppe at Middletown Country Club
When: Thursday, November 15 from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Where: Hacker’s Pub and Grill at Middletown Country Club, 420 N. Bellevue Ave, Langhorne
Enjoy candles, crafters and cocktails! This event is hosted by Langhorne Candle Company and is a celebration of local vendors and small local businesses. All crafters and juried to guarantee one-of-a-kind products. There will be a holiday food menu available.
Archbishop Wood Craft Show
When: Friday, November 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday, November 17 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: 655 York Road, Warminster
The Archbishop Craft Show is one of the biggest in the area, spanning two gyms, the cafeteria, student center, lobby and hallways! Everything is handcrafted, making for truly unique gifts.
Bensalem High School’s 8th Annual Craft Fair
When: Saturday, November 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: 4319 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem
Come out and begin your holiday shopping with handmade items from local crafters and artisans.
Eddington Presbyterian Church
When: Saturday, November 17 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: 3650 Bristol Pike, Bensalem
Open to the public and free! Direct sales vendor, one of kind handmade crafts and gifts. Breakfast & lunch available for purchase!
Newtown Township Parks & Recreation Holiday Bazaar & Craft Show
When: Saturday, November 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: 100 Municipal Drive, Newtown
CB Shops at South
When: Sunday, November 18 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Central Bucks High School South, 1100 Folly Road, Warrington
Enjoy vendors, crafts, raffle baskets and silent auctions. Your $5 admission and any other proceeds benefits CB South music programs.
Bensalem United Methodist Church’s Holiday Craft Show
When: Saturday, December 1 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: 4300 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem
Shop over 40 creative vendors at this annual event. Visit with Santa from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and enjoy high tea with Mrs. Claus! There will also be a 5 Below White Elephant Table, hot dogs, homemade chili and more.
Saint Andrew School’s 2nd Annual Christmas Festival
When: Saturday, December 1 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: 51 Wrights Road, Newtown
This day-long event is fun for the whole family! Enjoy food trucks, photos with Santa, raffle baskets and a Vendor Village with handmade crafts, jewelry and more. There will also be live entertainment including Seamus McGroary, The Mango Men, a magician and local dance groups.
Fallsington Holiday Craft Fair
When: Saturday, December 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 139 Yardley Avenue, Fallsgington
Shop from over 15 vendors featuring a wide array of beautifully handcrafted items. This is a fundraiser supports the Fallsington Library.
Churchville Nature Center’s 2nd Annual Holiday Craft Fair
When: Sunday, December 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 501 Churchville Lane, Churchville
This event will feature all handcrafted items for unique holiday gifts.
Pen Ryn Christmas Craft Show
When: Friday, December 7 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, December 8 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: 235 S. Olds Boulevard, Fairless Hills
This 2 day event not only has over 65 crafters and vendors, yummy baked goods and raffles but supports the school in a big way. Pick up that one of a kind Christmas gift or just get yourself something special.
Morrisville Senior Center Holiday Bazaar
When: Sunday, December 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sell or shop with the Morrisville Senior Servicenter!
Shop crafters and direct sales vendors for your holiday gifts. There will be a special children’s shopping area and crafts, homemade soups and more. All proceeds benefit the Morrisville Senior Center.
