The Pajama Game

A strike is imminent at the Sleep-Tite Pajama Factory, where the workers churn out pajamas at a backbreaking pace. Enter new superintendent, Sid Sorokin, who is the front line against the union which is demanding a payraise of 7 1/2 cents. To complicate Sid's life, he immediately falls for Babe, a leader of the opposing camp. Romance is also in the air as the efficiency expert, Hines, falls for Gladys, the president's secretary, while pilfering the key to “top secret files that explains where that 7 1/2 cents has done. Tickets are $20 per person.

AK 5K Walk/Run

The AK5K Run/Walk is a fund raiser to help raise money for the ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter. Cost is $25 for the run/walk. More information can be found on the AK5K Run website.
The Velveteen Rabbit Comes Alive
Solebury School, Performing Arts Center, 6832 Phillips Mill Rd, New Hope

Witness a first full-length contemporary dance version of The Velveteen Rabbit, brought to life by young dancers at The Solebury School. The cast includes two Solebury School students, Ashley and Lia DAlessandro of Doylestown, both accomplished dancers and members of the school's dance team that occasionally performs in the Bucks County area. The Velveteen Rabbit, a wonderful family event. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia.
