Lawnboys Comedy Showcase

Ryan Shaner is the embodiment of the South Philadelphian attitude. Shaner is a comic's comic. Poignantly funny and wildly entertaining, Shaner's mind flourishes on stage in bombastic fashion. Hosting hows in NY and performing all over Maryland, NJ, and Delaware, Shaner has been able to funnel his off the wall ideas and unleash them on the crowd with hilarious results. Cost is $10 per person.

Derelict Franchise

Popular local band Derelict Franchise performs its eclectic mixture of folk/bluegrass/punk rock featuring original songs and great covers. There is no cover fee.

Disney's Beauty and the Beast Jr.

Be our guest and step into the enchanted world of Disney's Beauty And The Beast Jr. Featuring songs from the Academy Award-winning animated feature, this stage version includes music by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman, along with new songs by Mr. Menken and Tim Rice. Tickets are $9 and available at the door.

Maple Sugar Day
Peace Valley Nature Center, 170 N. Chapman Rd, Doylestown
11:00am – 1:00pm

Bring family and friends to experience the way maple sugar was collected and made during the pioneer days. Join in as guides show you to the sugar bush to bring back some maple sap for the addition to the boiling pot of soon-to-be syrup. Taste the sweet goodness of the maple syrup and compare it to maple sugar and the taste of the sap itself. Waffles with maple syrup will be available for sale the day of the event. While there is no fee for the program, donations will be graciously accepted.

Changing the Way We Eat: TEDx Viewing Party
The Standard Club, 127 E. State St, Doylestown

Join the Doylestown Food Co-op and Bucks County Foodshed Alliance to view inspiring speakers and share food and company. The event is a full day of under-20-minute talks presented by speakers from varying backgrounds in food, farming, and sustainability. Such luminaries in the local foods movement as Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio, LAUSD director David Binkle, and Congresswoman Chellie Pingree will share their insights and expertise as they explore the state of our current food system and our progress towards sustainability.

Fancy Nancy the Musical

Fancy Nancy and her friends, Bree, Rhonda, Wanda, and Lionel are going to be performing in their very first show, Deep Sea Dances. Nancy is 100% sure that she and Bree will be picked to be mermaids. When another girl wins the coveted role of the mermaid, Nancy is stuck playing a dreary, dull tree. Can Nancy bring fancy flair to her role, even though it isn't the one she wanted? Tickets are $15 for kids and $25 for adults.
