Mojito Chef Cook-Off
Mojito Cuba Caribe Restaurant, 90 South Main Street, New Hope

Join us for our Chef Cook-Off! Starting January of 2016, the first Thursday of every month, Mojito will be hosting a Chef Cook-Off! The competition simply is a head-to-head battle between two Chefs. The Chefs will each create 3 small plates of their choice, only using the same ingredient in their featured entree dish. The customers get to vote on each plate based on taste, creativity, and presentation. The choice to participate in this event is a fixed price $25 which includes 6 small plates (3 by each Chef), one house wine, domestic beer, or house mixed drink.

Lights Out (Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons Tribute)

Come see the number one tribute to Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons! Lights Out is a multitalented group that’s been entertaining audiences for years. Their lead singer’s voice sounds like Frankie himself and the group has an infectious personality felt from stage. The fully choreographed show performs many favorites like “Big Girl’s Don’t Cry,” “Sherry,” “Walk Like A Man,” “Rag Doll,” “Let’s Hang On” and “Who Loves You.”

Join us on Saturday January 9th at 2:00pm for a book signing with Tawni O'Dell for her newest book Angels Burning, which is already receiving starred reviews. Angels Burning is a psychological thriller, set in rural Pennsylvania, with many twists and turns and in depth characterizations that will engross any reader.

Native American Celebration
Thorpe Farm and Garden Center, 371 Stoney Brook Road, Newtown
12:00pm – 4:00 pm

Friends and supporters of the Thorpe First Nation Farm will gather to welcome 2016 and pay homage to the land where centuries ago the Delaware Nation Natives lived, hunted, fished and are buried. Areas of the 143 acre also hold an historical legacy that reaches back to the 1737 Penn Walking Purchase. The public is invited to this celebration. Bluejay Michalski will bring storytelling, lectures on Lenape Life Ways and crafts for children.
