Thoroughly Modern Millie

Thoroughly Modern Millie Jr., based on the zany new musical that has taken Broadway by storm, is the high-spirited musical romp that has all of New York dancing the Charleston! In New York City in 1922, young Millie Dillmount has just moved to the big city in search of a new life for herself. It's a New York full of intrigue and jazz – in a time when women were entering the workforce and the rules of love and social behavior were changing forever. Premium tickets are $30 and regular tickets are $20 (plus a $2 handling fee per ticket).

This music has spanned the course of 28 years and counting, evolving from Solar Circus in 1984, the inception of Juggling Suns in 1997, and the recent formation of The Juggling Suns Project. Ever unfolding, The Juggling Suns Project represents all incarnations of the music, with guests that include new players, and friends who have played the music over the years. $5 cover at the door on the day of the show.

65th Tinicum Arts Festival
Tinicum Park, 963 River Rd, Erwinna
10:00am – 6:00pm

A fun filled Bucks County tradition! Attendees can expect crafters, artists, “live” entertainment, delicious picnic food, a discovery tent, authors table, silent auction, and more! The main feature of the event is the Art Barn filled with quality works from local artists. Cost is $7 for Adults and $1 for children.

Bluegrass and Blueberries Festival
Peddler's Village, Rts 202 & 263, Lahaska

Peddler's Village celebrates National Blueberry Month in July with everything blue at Bluegrass and Blueberries. Join us for a weekend brimming with local blueberries, fresh baked goods, plenty of fantastic food, and toe-tapping bluegrass and country musical acts! Throughout the weekend, enjoy children's activities and live musical entertainment so wear your best bluegrass or cowboy hat and break in those new boots for our pickin' party! Free admission and parking.

Art of the Barn Tour & Art Show
Second Street Pike & Swamp Rd, Wrightstown
9:30am – 4:30pm

The essence of Bucks County in a weekend! Unique barns, historic beauty, talented local artists, interesting stories,enchanting country roads. 15th Annual Barn Tour and Art Show – this year features nine stops including the octagonal schoolhouse! The cost is $30 per person or $20 for Bucks County Audubon Society Members. Funds make possible environmental education programs for thousands of kids each year at Honey Hollow Watershed.

Matthew Sweet Rock Show
Sellersville Theater, 24 W. Temple Ave, Sellersville

Matthew Sweet has never followed trends, though his landmark 1991 album ‘Girlfriend' was responsible for starting one. That gold album features the power pop radio classics “Divine Intervention,” “I've Been Waiting,” “Looking at the Sun,” “Winona” and “Evangeline.” He also charted with “The Ugly Truth” and “Sick Of Myself” during a career that stretches back to the mid 1980's.
