The Shops at Valley Square, managed by CBRE, Inc., is proud to announce Bar Louie as its newest tenant to over 35 shops, restaurants and services. Bar Louie opens its doors on October 21st at 4pm, offering 8,021 square feet of dining and includes an outdoor patio with indoor/outdoor fireplace and seating. The grand opening celebration will begin with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Friday, October 23rd at 12pm. To celebrate Bar Louie is hosting a 2-day blowout bash October 23rd & 24th. Every guest will receive their first Appetizer or Flatbread FREE just for stopping by during the 2-day event. In addition, the signature martinis that made Bar Louie famous will be featured for $2 from 11 a.m. until Midnight.

Gaggles of Ghosts and Ghouls
Peace Valley Nature Center, 170 N Chapman Rd, Fountainville

Led by our somewhat Ghoulish Teacher Naturalists, you will embark on an eerie walk through the trails of Peace Valley Nature Center. Along the way you may meet some “creatures” that will expose some of the myths about the creepy and frightening nature of cats, rats, bats, snakes and ghosts. Walks are on-going throughout the evening. Fee $6 (members $3) No Pre-registration needed

Pumpkin Fest 2015 
Moravian Pottery & Tile Works, 130 E Swamp Rd, Doylestown

The long-standing tradition of Pumpkinfest continues amidst the archways of the Moravian Pottery & Tile Works in historic Doylestown. Continuing the tradition, Pumpkinfest 2015 will showcase 18 area artists who carve out enormous 100- 300 lb pumpkin squash into glowing masterpieces which take the artists up to six hours to sculpt, carve, and bring to life. This drug and alcohol-free countywide event attracts people from all regions to witness the magic and transformation of these giant gourds into illuminated spectacles. Kids of all ages are encouraged to attend the celebration of Pumpkinfest.

Harvest Winemaker’s Dinner
Crossing Vineyards & Winery, 1853 Wrightstown Rd, Washington Crossing

Winemaker Tom Carroll Jr. will offer his thoughts on the 2015 vintage. The evening will feature a five course seasonal menu and will include award-winning wines from the 2015 competition season. Cost is $89 per person. Reservations necessary.

Howie Day is a dynamic live performer looping and layering sounds as a one man band using guitar pedals in concert. Howie’s gold album ‘Stop All The World Now’ features the acoustic pop hits “Collide” and “She Says.” Howie released a new album earlier this year titled ‘Lanterns’ that is already earning critical praise.
