Children’s Summer Reading
Bowman Hills Wildlife Preserve, 1635 River Road, New Hope
10:00am – 11:15am

Reading programs run from 10-11:15 a.m and include a story, an outdoor walk, and a take-home craft. This program is appropriate for ages 3 through 7. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Walks are weather dependent.

Shoulder Injuries & Problems Lecture
Newtown Athletic Club, 120 Pheasant Run, Newtown
7:30pm

Listen in as Dr. John Petolillo, Jr. gives a lecture on “Shoulder Injuries and Problems” at the Newtown Athletic Club, free to both members as well as the general public. He will cover such topics as rotator cuff issues, arthritis and non-surgical and surgical treatments. There are many ways to evaluate shoulder joint issues and Dr. Petilillo will give an expert analysis of this joint and its potential issues. The lecture, part of the Project Wellness partnership between the Newtown Athletic Club and Aria Health.

Famous Quakertown Band

One of America's oldest and most entertaining bands… The Famous Quakertown Band with special guest singer, Keith Spencer On the Courthouse Lawn June 25th, 2015 7:00 to 8:30 pm ONE NIGHT ONLY!! Bring a chair or blanket, and enjoy a good ol' slice of Americana! – Patriotic music – Music from Broadway – Marches – Big band music – Gershwin – and much more. Free!! The Flexitone Dance Party!
Puck Live, 1 Printers Alley, Doylestown
8:00pm

David Ivory is back with the Flexitone Dance Part at Puck Live with a fantastic lineup of musicians guaranteed to get you up and moving! Performing that night will be acoustic singer/songwriter Liz de Lise, Flexitone songstress Aubreylyn, pop artist Ces Music, local hip hop dynamo Rob Diioia, and female rappers ANGI3 and Corina Corina as part of their ongoing national tour. Spinning throughout the night will be the renowned DJ Dilemma, one of the top DJ’s from Philadelphia. Other special guests will be announced leading up to the event. The venue will open at 8:00 PM with a $10 cover charge.

Artists of Bristol: Summer Sojourn Exhibition
Silver Lake Nature Center, 1306 Bath Road, Bristol
10:00am – 4:00pm

Come and celebrate Art with the Artists of Bristol at their annual, “Summer Sojourn” exhibition, on display at Silver Lake Nature Center. There will be an excellent collection of 2 and 3 dimensional work on display, available for purchase from a variety of extremely talented local artists. The exhibition is open to both members and non-members of AOB and offers an exceptional view of the work of local artists in the area. A free event open to all with no tickets necessary.

Beatles Night with Cherry Lane Band 
The Zen Den, 20 Donaldson Street, Doylestown
6:30pm – 9:30pm

Cherry Lane Band returns to Zen Den for another great night of Beatles music. An evening of all Beatles songs, including the solo years. Shout out your favorites, sing along, come up and sing one with us … the possibilities are endless. And everyone’s favorite part, Beatles trivia! The prizes this time are spectacular – Beatles album coasters, Beatles playing cards, Beatles guitar picks, much much more! Digging Deeper Event
Fordhook Farm, 105 New Britain Road, Doylestown

The Garden Conservancy’s Open Days Program presents four private gardens and a special “Digging Deeper” event at historic Fordhook Farm June 27th. Digging Deeper: Pollinator-Savvy, presents Burpee gardening and horticulture expert, Venelin Dimitrov, who will personally guide participants through Fordhook’s expansive bee-friendly gardens and present the crucial role that honey bees, butterflies, birds and other pollinators play in producing 75% of the world’s flowering plants.

Perkasie Fire Company Carnival
Lenape Park, 362 Constitution Ave, Perkasie
3:00pm to 10:00pm

PERKASIE FIRE COMPANY CARNIVAL presents rides, Games, Food & Fun for the whole family! Gates open at 3:00pm on Saturday. Ride all night for only $20! For more information, visit us at www.perkasiefd.org or call us at 215-257-6950. Rides vary per night at the Carnival grounds.
