Go Out on a Date Night … in the Air!

When: Friday, August 14 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Where: Hellerick's Family Farm, 5500 N. Easton Road, Doylestown

After being stuck inside the house together for months, treat yourselves to a totally unique date night! Hellerick's Family Farm is offering Date Night specials for their Aerial Adventure Park every other Friday night. Enjoy 1.5 hours of zip lines, climbing, free fall leap, etc. The event is for couples only and features reduced pricing of $30 per person. Book your reservation HERE.

Summer Wine & Music Series at Crossing Vineyards & Winery

When: Friday, August 14 at 7 p.m.
Where: 1853 Wrightstown Road, Washington Crossing

Crossing Vineyards' popular annual Summer Wine and Music Series continues with a live performance by Danny V's 52nd Street Band: A Billy Joel Tribute Band. Enjoy cocktails, bottled beer, and “crushies.” And wine will be sold by the bottle. BYO lawn chairs, folding tables and/or blankets. You can also bring your own food or purchase lite bites there. Ticket sales are limited. $15 in advance or $20 at the gate.

School of Rock Doylestown's SummerFest 2020

When: Saturday, August 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 575 Limekiln Road, Doylestown

Enjoy Summer Season performances from 5 different bands. All day, outside, socially distanced, live music! A variety of rock styles themed “Mix Tape.”

Sunflower Festival at Rustic Valley Orchard

When: Saturday, August 15 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: 1220 Upper Stump Road, Chalfont

Rustic Valley Orchard is the newest farm in Bucks County! It's a partnership with Tabora Farm & Orchard and located just two doors down, on the same side of the street. Last week's second day of the festival had to be postponed because Saturday was such a success! This weekend, they should have plenty of sunflowers again. View and pick sunflowers, listen to music, play games and have a bite to eat. BYO chairs and blankets to sit in the fields. You can also take a wagon ride tour of the new farm.

Kids Fest: Free Bowling for Every Child

When: Saturday, August 15 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Various locations, including Bowlero in Feasterville and AMF Bowling Co. in Croydon

Come out for a day of bowling and safe family fun! There are great deals such as 1 hours of free bowling and shoes for kids 15 and under. Free $5 arcade card, $2 hot dogs, $14 pizzas and more. This event has been modified from past years to maintain social distancing.

Live Cabaret in the Bucks County Playhouse Courtyard

When: Saturday and Sunday, August 15 and 16 at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Where: 70 S. Main Street, New Hope

Bucks County Playhouse recently launched new outdoor Courtyard Cabarets — featuring a variety of young talented artists who have previously appeared at the Playhouse. The 30-minute shows, which are free of charge, will be held every Saturday and Sunday through the summer at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Read more about these new weekly events HERE.

Sonic the Hedgehog Drive In Movie Presented by Mid Atlantic Event Group

When: Saturday, August 15 from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Where: Falls Township Community Park, 9050 Mill Creek Road, Levittown

Line Dancing at Trifecta Sporting Club

When: Sunday, August 16 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Where: 4668 E. Bristol Road, Trevose

Jeremy Line Dance will lead line dancing classes every Sunday night! Tickets are $10 and should be purchased in advance. You can also buy food and drinks at the event. (Please bring your mask and practice social distancing.)

Enjoy a Free Performance by Rick Gazda Band Band at Falls Township Community Park

When: Sunday, August 16 at 6 p.m.
Where: Falls Township Community Park, 9125 Mill Creek Road, Levittown

End your weekend with a free outdoor concert!

Listen to a Free Performance by Mike Greer & Co. at Univest Performance Center

When: Sunday, August 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Where: 301 West Mill Street, Quakertown

Come out to listen to a local band at this free concert! Mike Greer & Co. will perform a mix of Classic Rock and Modern Rock with an acoustic core. Van Pelt Hot Dog Co. will be there selling custom, handcrafted hot dogs with interesting toppings. And The Proper Brewing Company will be serving beer starting at 6 p.m. Bring your own picnic or purchase from the concession stand. BYO blanket or chairs.
