Sunflower Experience at Hellerick's Family Farm

When: Daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: 5500 N. Easton Road, Doylestown

Hellerick's Farm offers over 1 acre of sunflowers for froclicking, photos and picking. Your $11.99 ticket includes a hayride to the field and access to the Adventure Farm (with 45 activities). Sunflower stems are $2 each of 3 for $5. Make a reservation HERE.

Colonial Farm Experience at Mercer Museum & Fonthill Castle

When: Friday and Saturday, August 21 and 22 from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (tickets are for 45 minutes sessions)
Where: 84 South Pine Street, Doylestown

Have you ever wondered what it was like to live in a log house? Explore the daily life of colonial farmers with Mercer Museum educators during this live, in-person education program that is fun for the whole family. Learn about the well pump, colonial games and toys, churning butter, and more! Each 45-minute session is reserved for a private family group with up to 6 people and tickets are $30 per family group. Drive In Movies Presented by Mid Atlantic Event Group

When: Friday, August 21 and Saturday, August 22 from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Where: Memorial Park, 1950 Woodside Road, Yardley

Friday night's movie is Footloose and Saturday night's movie is Shrek. Tickets are $25 per vehicle. You can also purchase Best Darn Kettlecorn online. Get tickets HERE.

Music in the Park in Croydon Acres Park

When: Saturday, August 22 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Where: Off Rte 13 behind the CVS and Croydon Station Apartments

Enjoy a free night of family fun! (Please bring a non-perishable item for the local food pantry if possible. Concert in the park! Come and listen to some happy music by the Deuce Brothers with an appearance by Cracklin' Diamond. Bring your chairs, your mask, bug spray and everything else you need for a nice evening. There will be a food truck and raffles as well.

Yoga & Mimosas at Crossing Vineyards

When: Sunday, August 23 from 9:30 a.m. to noon
Where: 1853 Wrightstown Road, Newtown

Relax and find your inner calm with a 45-minute yoga session overlooking the vineyard, followed by a continental breakfast plate & mimosa.
Top off the experience with a wine tasting led by one of Crossing’s knowledgeable presenters. Includes a logo glass to keep! Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased HERE.

End your weekend with a free outdoor concert!

Listen to a Free Performance by Galena Brass at Univest Performance Center

When: Sunday, August 23 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Where: 301 West Mill Street, Quakertown

Come out to listen to a local band at this free concert! Galena Brass covers many styles including Oktoberfest, Patriotic, Christmas, Dixieland, and rock while being a traditional brass ensemble. Smokehouse Food Truck will be there. And The Proper Brewing Company will be serving beer starting at 6 p.m. Bring your own picnic or purchase from the concession stand. BYO blanket or chairs.
