Pre-New Year’s Eve Masquerade Dance Party

When: Friday, December 28 from 7:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Where: La Luna Dance Studio, 4010 New Falls Road, Bristol

Wear your fanciest masquerade mask to La Luna's last party of the year! This “Mega Dance Party” will feature 4 rooms, 4 DJs and 4 dance lessons. Learn Rumba, West Coast Swing, Salsa and Bachata. There is a $20 cover with $5 going towards buying winter coats for the homeless. The party goes from 7:30 p.m. to 2 a.m., but be sure to arrive by 9 p.m. to enjoy the buffet dinner by Falls Manor. There will also be a cash bar.

Home Alone at The County Theater

When: Saturday, December 29 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Where: 20 E. State Street, Doylestown

Enjoy this holiday classic on the big screen. Come at 10 a.m. for fun activities before the show starts at 10:30 a.m.. Tickets are only $5, $3 for kids 15 and under, and admission is FREE for Theater Members and their children. Purchase tickets here.

Butterfly Light Festival

When: Saturday, December 29 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Where: Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion, 8046 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia

The Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion is hosting a kid-friendly festival with live tropical butterflies, exotic animals, an acrobatic performance, a fire show, live music and more! There will be food and adult beverages available for purchase. Tickets are $20 at the door or $15 if you purchase online by December 28.
