Bucks County is “Going Green” this weekend! With the easing of some of the COVID-19 restrictions comes more options of things to do. Here are a few suggestions of ways to get out, have fun, and support local businesses this weekend. (Of course, we encourage you to make decisions that fit your family's situation and follow safety guidelines.)

Pick Blueberries & Wildflowers at Shady Brook Farm

When: Wednesday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: 931 Stony Hill Road, Yardley

Strawberries started earlier this month, and now it's time for blueberries and flowers! Take a wagon ride out the the fields and then pick your own fruit and flowers. Tickets are $5 per person (under 2 is free), timed and must be purchased online. Fruit is priced per pound and flowers are by the stem. End your visit with some ice cream from Uncle Dave's!

Listen to Live Music While Sipping Wine at Crossing Vineyards & Winery

When: Friday, June 26 at 7 p.m.
Where: 1853 Wrightstown Road, Washington Crossing

Crossing Vineyards is kicking off its 17th annual Summer Wine and Music Series with a live performance by The Fabulous Greaseband. Enjoy cocktails, bottled beer, and “crushies.” And wine will be sold by the bottle. BYO lawn chairs, folding tables and/or blankets. You can also bring your own food or purchase lite bites there. Ticket sales are limited. $15 in advance or $20 at the gate.

Enjoy Outdoor Family Fun During the Blueberry & Cherry Festival at Tabora Farm

When: Saturday and Sunday, June 27 and 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 1104 Upper Stump Road, Chalfont

Come out for a day of live music, games, wagon rides, crafts, blueberry and cherry picking, and more! Free to get in. Just pay for what you pick.

See The Sandlot at the Drive-In

When: Saturday, June 27 at 6:30 p.m. (Friday night is already sold out)
Where: Falls Township Community Park, 9050 Mill Creek Road, Levittown

Mid Atlantic Event Group is presenting drive-in movies this summer! The first in the series is The Sandlot. THIS LINKTickets must be purchased in advance at . It's $25 per car (plus fees). Buy tickets ASAP since Friday night is already sold out!

Hit the Gym!

Bucks County enters the “green phase” on Friday, June 26, meaning that gyms can now open with restrictions in place. Local spots like Witt Pilates (a repeat Happening List Winner) will be welcoming back Members with limited capacity and following CDC Guidelines. Witt is offering a combination of in-studio, outdoor and online classes to best serve all of their Members.
