11th Annual Yard Sale to Remember

When: Saturday and Sunday, June 1 and 2 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: 806 Philadelphia Avenue, Warrington

Shop a yard sale with a wonderful cause! All of the money earned goes directly to the 2019 Walk to End Alzheimer's. There will be over 50 tables of jewelry, linens, baby clothes, toys, books, luggage and more.

Penndel Community Day and Borough-Wide Yard Sale

When: Saturday, June 1 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: 300 S. Bellevue Avenue, Penndel

Enjoy a great day with your neighbors! There will be rides, celebrations and food. Plus, shop yard sales throughout the borough.

New Britain Covered Bridge Day 2019

When: Saturday, June 1 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Where: Covered Bridge Park, 229 Keeley Avenue, Doylestown

Fun for the whole family from morning to night! Start the day with a fishing contest at the pond and Doylestown Food Market from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Then, from 1 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., there will be live music, performances, bounce houses, food trucks, and more. Fireworks end the festivities at 8:30 p.m.

Kids All American Fishing Derby

When: Saturday, June 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Where: Tyler State Park, Newtown

Children ages 15 and under can come test their ability in the casting contest and try for the largest catch of the day! Expert fishermen from Langhorne Rod Club will be on hand to provide great tips on fishing success. Each child will receive an official fishing derby kit, one cup of bait, drink and a soft pretzel. Children should bring their own fishing pole and must be accompanied by an adult. A fishing license is required for any adult who will be fishing that day. Awards will be given (divided by age) at noon. Sign up here.

Strawberry Festival at Shady Brook Farm

When: June 1, 2, 8, 9 and 15 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: 931 Stony Hill Road, Yardley

Come load up on juicy strawberries and enjoy a day of festival fun! Activities include wagon rides to the strawberry patch, live music (from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.), inflatable attractions, giant jumping pillows, go-carts, barn animals, and more. Admission is $5 per person. Strawberries are $2.99/lb.

Waterworks in The Backyard at the Doylestown Branch Bucks County Free Library

When: Saturday, June 1, 8 and 15 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 150 S. Pine Street, Doylestown
