Promenade Opening in Newtown: For years, a vacant building formerly occupied by ACME Supermarket stood in the middle of Newtown. In 2013, that building was demolished to make room for the new Promenade in Newtown. Luxury apartments opened in fall 2015 and Lower Bucks-ers are eagerly awaiting the opening of retail outlets, including the anchor store Anthropology.

Bucks County Natives in the Headlines: From Girl Meets World's Sabrina Carpenter to an 11-year-old MasterChef to a celebration of the Oscar Hammerstein to award-winning musicians like Pink, Justin Guarini, and Christina Perri…there is so much talent from Bucks! It's no surprise that we made the list for best places to raise children with upwards mobility.

Makeover Contest:  On November 5, 2015, Victoria Arnold of Doylestown won Bucks County’s Ultimate Makeover, voted in from more than 20 finalists who competed for the chance to win the head-to-toe makeover, valued at over $5,000. Check out the magical moment when Victoria found out that she was the winner below and check in with her makeover progress.

Town Spotlights: In 2015, we took a closer look at some of the vibrant towns that make Bucks County so special. Take a look at our Happening Town Spotlights in:

In 2016, we'll be exploring towns like Langhorne, Southampton, Perkasie, and Lahaska!

Red Carpet Fashion Recap: The fashionable trio from Bucks County’s premiere wedding boutique, La Belle Marieè, dished on the night’s biggest trends and reveal their picks for the evening’s best dressed.
