Dr. Annie Buinewicz and her business partner and husband Dr. Brian Buinewicz have a long relationship with Bucks County. Both grew up relatively local, and began driving out to the area on weekends when they were dating. Almost 25 years ago, Dr. Brian opened Buinewicz Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Medicine in the Georgetown Crossing suites in Doylestown. The beautiful office feels like a resort rather than a doctor’s office. The business has developed into a full service facility where services are performed in a supportive environment all under one roof by caring doctors and staff.

“All patients are seen by a physician,” says Dr. Annie. “We take our time to educate our patients so that when they leave they have a full understanding of what procedures will be appropriate for them, why they are selected for them, and the anatomy that supports the decision.”

Some of the most sought treatments the couple offers include Ulthera – an ultrasound procedure that creates a non-surgical lift of brow, face, neck, and tightens the skin of the neck – laser treatments for rosacea, fine lines, and hair removal, dermal fillers like Juvedurm and Restylane to add volume to depleted areas of the skin, Botox, face lifts, breast implants, and tummy tucks.

Dr. Brian specializes in complex reconstructive procedures of the breast and abdomen as well as cancer reconstruction. Dr. Annie spent 14 years as Medical Director for Health and Wellness at Merck and Co., has a vast knowledge of occupational health issues, and one of her strengths is the area of health and weight management. She administers a special weight loss program for the practice. Together the Buinewicz work to treat the whole patient.

The couple’s sense of service extends beyond their practice and out into the community. They regularly donate skin care treatments to fundraisers for The Cancer Center at Doylestown Hospital, The Cerebral Palsy Foundation, The Solebury School, and many others.
