Feel Better! Pranic Healing for your Emotions

An event every month that begins at 4:00 pm on day Third of the month, repeating until December 20, 2020
Pranic Healing is a no-touch form of energy healing that can help you feel better! From stress to mild anxiety, sadness, grief and more, Pranic Healing can reduce or remove many emotional problems.
This event begins with 10 minutes of easy physical exercises to get the blood (and energy!) flowing. We then do a relaxing, 20 minute guided meditation, followed by short individual healings. Your healing can focus on whatever condition you wish*. It can also just be for general wellness & relaxation!
