Food Writing 101

Gourmand World Award Winning Author Maria Liberati will be guest instructor for a 4 session class on food writing. The class is geared to those who want to write for a hobby or pursue a career in food writing and will also cover food writing for social media. The class will be held on 4 consecutive Saturdays in October. October 7,14,21,28 from 1-3 PM. Maria Liberati is considered one of the foremost experts on Italian cuisine and wine. She was awarded the Gourmand World Award in Paris in 2010 l and selected as Culinary Travel Blogger of the Year in 2013 by the NY Travel Writers’ Society. Maria was granted a trademark for The Basic Art of Italian Cooking by Maria Liberati tm and has developed a line of food products being sold in the USA and Canada which include a line of spices and pizza sauce.
Maria is developing and hosting a new culinary travel TV series based on her book series.
