Gourmand World Award Winning Author Maria Liberati will be guest instructor for a 4 session class on how to bring your product to market. The class is geared to those who want to sell their products for a hobby or begin or grow a business with their line of food products. The class will be held on 4 consecutive Saturdays in October. Maria Liberati is considered one of the foremost experts on Italian cuisine and wine. She was awarded the Gourmand World Award in Paris in 2010 l and selected as Culinary Travel Blogger of the Year in 2013 by the NY Travel Writers’ Society. Maria was granted a trademark for The Basic Art of Italian Cooking by Maria Liberati tm and has developed a line of food products being sold in the USA and Canada which include a line of spices and pizza sauce.
