On June 6th, The Bucks County Symphony Society invites you to their fundraiser event, “A Prelude to Summer.”  This event, to be held at Barley Sheaf Farm Estate & Spa, will be an elegant evening, complete with a seasonal wine pairing dinner to be held in the conservatory and lush gardens of the estate. Cocktails will commence at 5:30 on the terrace, followed by an unforgettable evening of fine dining, to be prepared by Barley Sheaf's world class chef, Tom Chuck.  A graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary Arts College, Chef Chuck gained prominence during his years at the famed Broadmoor in Colorado Springs.  Over the years, he has become a tru master of the “art and science” of food and wine pairing.  Reservations cost $150, of which 50% is a tax-deductible donation to the Bucks County Symphony (Side note:  Honestly, $150 for all that food and wine??
