Fall Fun is back in Bucks County and that means trips to some of Bucks County's famous farms for pumpkin picking, corn mazes, hayrides, & more! In Bucks, there are two local farms that have become synonymous with fall family fun, Shady Brook Farm in Yardley & The Market at Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, and they continue to out-do themselves with more attractions each year. Check out what's on the agenda in 2012:

Shady Brook Farm Fall Fest

For over two decades Shady Brook Farm has provided guests from near and far with an experience they will remember forever. From open aired hayrides pulled by real working tractors to the pumpkin patch to endless bouncing on inflatable attractions that never tire. Two new attractions this year include giant jumping pillows and a spider web crawl.

The fields are bursting with perfectly wonderful pumpkins, beautiful apple orchards, and raspberry vines; all are ready to be picked. Included in your admission you will be able to wind your way through a giant corn maze and hay maze. Upon exiting the corn maze you can enter a 20 foot tall corn stalk teepee. And if you're tempted by some farm fresh pies or Uncle Dave's famous pumpkin ice cream, rest assured that you can burn it off with a visit to the S.B.F. 500 Tryke Track.

This year, Shady Brook is also adding PumpkinFest After Dark, where guests can bring a flashlight to attempt the corn maze in the dark or pick the perfect pumpkin out of the field!

Dates:  11am – 5pm September 15, 16 & the 22 and 23rd, then open daily September 29 through October 31 with even later hours.  The last hayride to pick apples & pumpkins goes out at 4pm.  General Admission is $12.00 per person and infants under 2 years of age are free.
