Newtown Beerfest

When: September 15, 12:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Where: The Stocking Works, 410 South State St. Newtown, PA 18940

Beer tasting, live music, food and fun! The event will be held rain or shine. Tickets are required for all attendees. If it rains, tents will be provided. No one under 21 will be admitted.

October FEAST

When: October 13 and 14, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Peddler’s Village, routes 202 and 263, Lahaska

A culinary spin on the traditional German festival with a Beer Garden, Wine and Spirits, tasty Bavarian food specialties, live music, shopping promotions, kids’ entertainment and family-friendly activities.

Apple Festival

When: November 3 and 4, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: Peddlers Village, routes 202 and 263, Lahaska, PA 18931

Enjoy apple treats and take home a bushel fresh from the orchard! Artisans, live entertainment, food, children’s activities and apple pie-eating contests both days.

Le Nouveau Festival Weekend

When: November 16 and 17, noon to 6 p.m.
Where: Crossing Vineyards & Winery, 1853 Wrightstown Rd. Washington Crossing, PA 18977

Celebrate the release of Galena Cellar’s 2018 Nouveau wine.

Wildflower Lunch

When: September 5-6 and September 12-13

Lambertville Station and Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve are teaming up for a wildflower brunch. It will start with lunch at the Station at 11:30 a.m. with salads, chicken or salmon cake and peach upside-down cake. From there the event will move to the wildflower preserve for a special tour.

Washington Crossing Brewfest

When: October 27 at 12:30 p.m.

Another round of pumpkin beers are coming out for Brewfest. Visitors will get a chance to sample Rivertowne’s Headless Wylie (a pumpkin ale) Harpoon’s Pumpkin Cider and dozens of other pumpkin beers and seasonal IPAs. This event takes place at 1638 River Road in New Hope.

Fall Fest – Hellerick’s Family Farm

When: Begins September 15.

This annual fall fest features Hay Rides, corn mazes, animals, and slides. Plus pumpkins, gourds, squash, apples, cider, baked goods and Halloween Decorations. This fun goes down at 5500 N. Easton Road in Doylestown.

Italian Wine Stroll

When: September 22

Peddler’s Village will set the scene for this limited space event, with timed tickets. Guests will join Michael Conti of Vintage Imports through 18 hand-picked selections from different regions of Italy Reservations are required call 215-794-4051 for more information.

Dinner Theater

When: Friday’s and Saturday’s until November 10

The Cock ‘n Bull will be featuring The Goblet of Poison Dinner theater in the evenings at 7 p.m. This magic school mystery follows the headmistress of a school as she navigates magic, memories and murder.

SPIN Boo & Brew 5K

When: October 14 at 8:30 a.m.

This family-friendly, costume run where people of all ages and abilities are welcome. Participants will run, walk and roll through Neshaminy State Park for the 5K or the 1-mile fun run.

After the race, join us at Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company for awards, beer, food trucks, pumpkin painting and fun – all to support SPIN’s services for children and adults with autism and intellectual disability. This event takes place at Neshaminy State Park.

Run Now Wine Later

When: September 9

The sixth annual 5k will have all runners going through the streets of scenic New Hope. All runners will finish at the Bucks County Play House and enjoy a wine food and wine tasting festival. More information at the Bucks County Playhouse at 70 South Main Street, New Hope.
