We expect a lot from our bodies. Even those of us who work hard to stay in shape are at risk of injury, over-training or just a lack of motivation. As we arrive at the start of spring, people are ready to jump back into beach-ready shape after a long winter of abuse.
To help unlock potential, fitness clubs around the country have found a new training method with TRX suspension training and SMRT-CORE techniques. This power workout allows the body to react as a unit, its muscle groups working together to move you forward – faster and with less struggle.
SMRT-CORE Conditioning Workshop at The Cornerstone Clubs
This unique workshop combines TRX suspension training and SMRT-CORE techniques using the patented GRID foam roller. Suspension training bodyweight exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. SMRT-CORE training is self-myofascial release and core strengthening efficiently combined in the same workout, using the GRID. Make the most out of your workout with these two unconventional techniques – the change up will do your body good! All levels welcome; maximum 10 participants.
