This past weekend, the Rock Starz attended Summit, the most prestigious cheerleading championship in the nation hosted in Walt Disney World. Competing at US Finals was an honor for the Emeralds and Sapphires, the two Rock Star teams who qualified. With nearly 9,000 teams in the country fighting for a bid to Summit, only 900 teams receive an invitation to complete at this level. The Rock Starz were among the best of the best at Summit and they still managed to come out on top. The Sapphires came to Summit as a wildcard bid and ended up becoming finalists in their division and placing top 10 in the country.

“I don't know what to say except that I am so proud to coach these kids! I wouldn’t trade being a coach for anything. I wish I could stay with them forever and get the opportunity to watch them grow. I cannot wait to finish out the rest of this season and continue to ride this wave of positivity, encouragement, and smiles to victory! I love all of my kids and being part of an organization that stresses the importance of being a family. Super excited for the rest of this season!”
