Celebrate the life of Samuel M. Snipes, Esq., an icon in the Morrisville Community and a member of the Morrisville Business Association since its inception.
Samuel Snipes, now retired, was a founding attorney of Snipes & Collins, a fixture in the Bucks County legal community for nearly 60 years. His father practiced law in Yardley before him. A graduate of Temple Law School, Haverford College and Westtown School, Sam's family roots in Southeastern Pennsylvania extend to the days of William Penn.
Sam served as the Falls Township solicitor for 28 years. He is the recipient of the United Way of Bucks County Founders Award for 50 years of service. He was also honored in 2005 with the Mark E. Goldberg Award, presented to a member of the Bucks County Bar Association to those demonstrating a continuing commitment to community service outside the legal profession.
Sam maintains his involvement in his beloved Bucks County community by continuing to serve on the board of several organizations, including Historic Fallsington, Inc. and the Pennsbury Society.
Many will also recognize Sam from his past appearances driving his horse-drawn carriages in local parades and events.
It's all happening Monday, April 24, 2017 at 6:30 PM at Café Antonio (107 E. Trenton Avenue Morrisville, PA 19067). This event is open to the public, but reservations are required. Cost to participate is $30 per person.
