The Village Library of Wrightstown has partnered with Hortulus Farm, also of Wrightstown, to host an enchanting ‘Evening in the Gardens’ among renowned formal gardens and idyllic vistas.

What: Created and owned by noted garden writer and author, Jack Staub and world-famous garden and event designer, Renny Reynolds, visitors will enjoy a serene evening stroll through the gardens while enjoying live music, wine, and light fare. In addition to the gardens, all attendees of an ‘Evening in the Gardens’ are invited to tour the Hortulus Farm Museum, which houses an impressive collection of Bucks County Impressionist paintings as well as a horticultural library of over 1,000 gardening titles.

Where: Hortulus Farm, home to twenty-two separate inspirational gardens on thirty acres of the hundred acre estate, at 60 Thompson Mill Road.

When: August 4th from 5pm-8pm (Rain date: August 5th)

Who: The event is open to the public.

How much: Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door and may be purchased at the Library, 727 Penns Park Road, or by mail. Also, visit the Wrightstown library’s website for details. Proceeds from the event will offset operating costs at the Library.
