Brooks, a graduate of Ohio Northern University College of Law, is the owner of an award-winning Doylestown-based law firm, which specializes in Business Law, Sports & Entertainment Law, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Law among other services.

Brooks and his wife Dawn, are the proud parents of three children raised in Bucks County. Their first born, Michael graduated law school this past May and became a member of the Pennsylvania Bar in October 2014. Their daughter, Megan is graduating from Syracuse University School of Law this May and has worked for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. Joseph, their youngest began his law career this past August at Villanova‘s School of Law.

Brooks is dedicated to making sound legal advice accessible to his clients, including small businesses and entrepreneurs who are able to work with his firm using a less-intimidating flat rate.
