The award-winning restaurant will offer a three course, pre-fix lobster dinner, featuring both inventive & classic Lobster dishes like lobster ceviche, homemade lobster ravioli, and 1/2 Grilled Maine lobster with braised kale, herb polenta grilled zucchini and lobster butter. In addition to the scrumptious lobster, Down to Earth Cafe is well-known for their commitment to using the freshest, most local ingredients when available.

Other 2014 Lobster Week menu highlights include:

  • Lobster omelette with grilled zucchini lobster meat and locally foraged mushrooms
  • Lobster frittata with organic pea shoots with a side arugula salad and a citrus vinaigrette
  • Lobster breakfast with a seared herb polenta cake, walnut bottom farm braised kale, locally foarged mushrooms, sauteed Lobster meat, poached eggs, topped with lobster butter
  • Baked truffled lobster mac and cheese made with smoked gouda, foraged truffles, topped with an herb panko
  • Traditional Maine lobster rolls
