Sunshine + affordable food + relaxing environment…now open for lunch on the patio 7 days a week, Puck in Doylestown has discovered the recipe for a perfect summer lunch location.   While many people have heard about Puck's new environmentally-friendly renovations completed in March 2011, they may not realize that the popular restaurant and music venue has made some major menu changes as well.

One such change has been the addition of an extremely wallet friendly lunch option on Puck's patio, a spacious outdoor seating area and full bar set aside in the midst of bustling downtown Doylestown. With appetizers like Sweet Potato Fries and Calamari under $5 and almost every entree on the menu under $10, including options like Grilled Tuna Steak and French Dip, lunchtime patrons will be hard-pressed to find a better deal. Check out their full menu here.

DEAL ALERT: Jurors rejoice! There's now a light at the end of the Bucks County jury duty tunnel; Puck is offering a 10% discount to all jurors or anyone with a courthouse ID for lunch on the patio or take-out. Before my in-the-know days of running Bucks Happening, I was selected as a juror for a case in Bucks County. Having grown up in Lower Bucks, lunchtime during jury duty always presented a challenge. Not only is it difficult for jurors unfamiliar with Doylestown to determine where to go, but as many of them are being forced to take off from work in exchange for the extremely modest payment provided by the state for jury duty, spending $20 on lunch everyday is not an option. Puck's new affordable lunch option & discount gives stressed-out jurors one less thing to worry about so they can concentrate on important things, like delivering verdicts.
