Bucks County Housing Group Mother's Day Tea: From 1pm to 4pm on Saturday May 5th, The Bucks County Housing Group is hosting it's second annual Mother's Day Tea. Guests will enjoy an afternoon admiring the beautiful interior of Tyler Hall and strolling around the gorgeous campus grounds in full springtime bloom. Additionally, there will be a variety of vendors selling gifts to guests while they enjoy specialty teas, supplied by The Tea Can Company, and munching on sweet and savory treats! Byers' Choice Mother's Day Craft Show: On May 12th and May 13th, Byers' Choice is hosting a weekend-long craft show, featuring over 70 artisans and premier craftsmen at their workshop. The show will feature all original hand-made items from jury-selected artisans. If your mom likes crafts, you won't want to miss this! Take mom to Family Fun Day! The New Hope & Ivyland Railroad, will celebrate the occasion by hosting FAMILY FUN DAY, offering an entire day filled with family friendly activities, giveaways, and musical performances. The event is made possible by the artful collaboration of area business such as the New Hope Railroad, The Buck’s County Children’s Museum, Philly Pretzel Factory, musician Matt Bochanski, and many others. Believe it or not, This rain or shine event (from 10:30AM to 4:00PM) is FREE to the public!

Flowers: The Classic. When all else fails, you can't go wrong with a nice assortment of fresh-cut (or potted) flowers. Bucks County has some great farms, and many of our local flower shops carry flowers from, virtually, just down the road. So when mom asked where you got them, you can say “Don't worry mom, they're local.” Not that we're biased or anything, but if we were looking for some great flowers, we'd probably check our Geerlings, Marrazzo’s Manor Lane, or Monday Morning Flower Company (all winners of this year's Happening List Competition)
