Businesses and even the libraries in Bucks County continue to thrive as several have expanded or opened new locations just this spring. Check out these additions and lend your support:
Bucks County Free Library
150 South Pine St., Doylestown, PA 18901
Read, reflect and enjoy The Backyard, a beautiful new outdoor space at Doylestown Library. The space includes paths, seating, a fountain, a wind harp, a maze, native plantings and a fire pit. The library plans to host special events and programs to encourage use of the space. Patrons are welcome to enjoy the space anytime the library is open. Plans are also underway to expand other county branches to include similar outdoor spaces.
The Physical Therapy & Wellness Institute
1440 W Broad St., Quakertown, PA 18951
A new addition to the Quakertown office space of PTW is now home to the Alter G, an anti-gravity treadmill that reduces stress and impact on the body and facilitates faster rehabilitation. The treadmill uses differential air pressure to reduce a patient’s weight-bearing load during a therapy session. Combined with education and patient-focused treatment, the center is excited to offer this option to the Quakertown community. The physical therapy center has eight locations throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
