Extreme Fitness: Paddleboard Yoga

On Sunday, July 8th, a group of adventurous locals took to the waters of Silver Lake in Bristol, PA for an untraditional fitness class, Paddleboard Yoga with PT Transformations.  The 90 minute session began with the basics- a brief introduction to paddleboarding class; once the participants were comfortable standing on the board, it was time to turn upside-down on them! A certified yoga instructor led a 45 minute yoga class.

Bucks Happening was on hand to capture the experience; we’ll let the amazing photos below speak for themselves!

The group claims their boards, preps for launch, and waves goodbye to stable ground for the next 90 minutes.
