New Hope’s Pudge Cakes & Erwinna’s Eat This to be Featured on Food Network

Elisa Fusco, owner of New Hope's Pudge Cakes, recently announced that the shop will be featured on Food Network's new show, “Great American Food Finds” alongside Erwinna's Eat This.

Elisa, who attended The University of the Arts in Philadelphia and later studied Toy Design from Otis College of Art & Design, took the leap from a corporate career to open Pudge Cakes bake shop in October 2012 after many years of creating her custom cakes for family, friends, and clients.

For those who've followed along with Pudge Cakes, it's no surprise that Elisa is drawing national recognition for her fabulous cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. Check out her impressive “sculpted cakes” gallery here.

Eat This is family-owned and operated company the creates all-natural, sustainable, locally-produced jams and marmalades.

It's no surprise that “Great American Food Finds” is leading the Food Network to the culinary talents of Bucks County! The show will air on August 10th at 9:30 p.m.
