76ers Flight Team Freestyle Movement Clinic with RJ Burrell

Do your kids want to fly high? Well, the NAC is now offering the perfect activity!

While the community recognizes Rock Starz at the NAC Sports Training Center for their award-winning cheerleading programs, this November they will be offering a new type of programming- Freestyle Movement. While open to both boys and girls, Freestyle Movement is a predominantly male sport. The Seminar will encompass Tricking, Parkour and Free Running introductions. The clinic will be held on November 8, 2014 from 10 am to 12 noon in the NAC Sports Training Center, and classes for both beginners and advanced levels will begin on Saturday, November 15, 2014.

The clinic will feature RJ Burrell of the 76ers Flight Team. An award-winning background in martial arts led RJ to a successful career in Tricking, which is essentially the combination of multiple styles of Martial Arts, kicks mixed with flips and various twists. RJ has been able share his talents worldwide: performing on television, venues in Spain, England, Germany and all over the US. He has earned himself a position on the Philadelphia 76ers Flight Squad performing “Acrobatic Dunking” at every Philadelphia 76ers home game.
