A new year, full of new opportunities, is upon us! Kick off the new year in a big way by registering for spring semester classes at Bucks County Community College (BCCC), which is now open! BCCC has been offering an affordable, convenient start to higher education for more than 50 years with flexible scheduling, individual advising, small classes and affordable tuition.

Both new and current students are encouraged to come to campus for in-person advising and registration. Students can also register in-person for a wide range of non-credit courses through Continuing Education, Workforce Development, or the Public Safety and Training Center.

More than 400 courses are available, with the main 15-week semester starting January 17, and additional courses starting February 5, 2018 and March 19, 2018. Classes meet at the original campus at 275 Swamp Rd., Newtown; the Epstein Campus at Lower Bucks at 1304 Veterans Highway, Bristol; and the Upper Bucks Campus at One Hillendale Rd., Perkasie, Pa. In addition, nearly half of the courses are offered through Bucks Online, the college’s award-winning virtual campus.

Walk-in advising and registration takes place in the Linksz Pavilion on the Newtown campus from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, January 11, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, January 12, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, January 16.

Bucks offers nearly 80 programs of study, and most credits transfer to a long list of four-year colleges and universities. Many students are able to reduce student debt by earning a two-year associate degree at Bucks, then transferring to a four-year institution to complete a bachelor’s degree.
