Arsenic and Old Lace

7:30pmMeet the charming Brewster sisters who populate their cellar with the remains of lonely, old men; their nephews – Teddy, who thinks he is Teddy Roosevelt; Jonathan, insance and out for revenge; Mortimer, who  tries to figure a way out of this whole mess; and a bevy of comical characters. Adda dose of poisoned wine, and you will see why Arsenic and Old Lace became one of the longest-running plays on Broadway. Tickets are $16 for rear reserved and $19 for front reserved.

Halloween at the Y!

5:00pm – 9:00pmJoin the UBYMCA for a family fun night, starting with the monster dash, and then Halloween at the Y, and followed by the Spook and Splash! The Monster Dash [held at the Strayer Middle School Outdoor Track] is $5 per child for members and $7 for non-members. Spook and Splash is $5 per child for all.

Historic Bristol Day
Bristol Borough
10:00am – 4:00pmThis year’s event is spotlighting the Delaware Canal and it’s impact on Bristol Borough. Activities include four open houses, a riverfront tea, walking tours, bike tour, entertainment, car show, art show, sailboat regatta, childrens’ corner, and more! There will be a free shuttle service to points of interest. Tickets required for houses and tea: $12 for adults, $6 for children 6-12 years old on day of event. Tickets in advance are $10 for adults and $5 for children 6-12 years old.

Pumpkin-BeerPumpkin Fest

12:00pm – 9:00pmThe “Seasonal Release Creep” has never been more noticeable with ‘fall’ seasonal pumpkin ales already packing the tap lines and distributor shelves before we even celebrate Labor Day! Many popular pumpkin ales will be selling out before it is even seasonally appropriate to enjoy them to their fullest potential. Starting at noon, Isaac’s will be tapping no less than 8 pumpkin ales while also tapping additional selections throughout the afternoon. Plus you get to vote on which pumpkin beer was your favorite in our Best of Show contest!

Pumpkinfest 2013
Moravian Tile Works, 130 E. Swamp Rd, Doylestown
12:00pm – 9:30pmThe long-standing tradition of Pumpkinfest continues amidst the illuminated archways of the Moravian Tile Works in historic Doylestown. Continuing the tradition, Pumpkinfest 2013 will showcase area artists who carve out enormous 100- 300 lb pumpkin squash into glowing works which take the artist up to six hours to sculpt, carve, and create. This drug and alcohol-free county-wide event attracts people from all regions to witness the magic and transformation of these giant gourds into illuminated spectacles. Kids of all ages are encouraged to attend the celebration of Pumpkinfest 2013. This year's event features an outdoor movie in the meadow, food trucks, Chubby's Dairy Barn, Ducks Deli, pony rides, Youth 2 Community Concert, and a Keepsake Coloring Book.

Crafts in the Meadow

10:00am – 5:00pmThe Crafts in the Meadow Fall Invitational Craft Show is a fine art and craft event showcasing excellence in craftsmanship alongside a festive weekend of live music, performing arts, and refreshments. Due to increased popularity, the event has expanded from the original space inside the center's renovated Victorian barn to large, outdoor tents.
