Bucks County offers a number of must-see destinations all season-long. This list contains spots to visit for festive fun throughout the month of December.

The Holidays at Solstice

2948 S Eagle Road, Newtown, PA
(267) 755-8994

Experience the holidays at Solstice, the Newtown-based fine casual restaurant that delivers chef-driven, craveable food rich with complex flavors along with high quality service, and thoughtful presentation.  As every seasonal solstice or equinox approaches (i.e. the first official day of Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter), Solstice unveils an updated menu featuring curated dishes that spotlight ingredients harvested at the peak of their season sourced from the best growing regions, farms, and producers across the country.

As the weather continues to cool this winter, Solstice invites you to dine in one of their cozy Winter Wonderland Igloos located on their outdoor patio. Enjoy your own private dining room for parties of 4-6 guests featuring festive holiday lighting, heaters, and personal blankets.  For reservations, please visit here.  Visit for dinner and experience a very special meet and greet with Santa on Monday, December 20 from 5 p.m.- 8:30 p.m.  Whether the little ones are dressed in their holiday best or matching PJ’s, don't forget to bring your camera for picture opportunities so the Solstice team can assist with taking family pictures in Santa's Igloo.  Add to the memories and treat the kiddos to warm chocolate chip cookies and a glass of warm or cold milk ($3) while the adults sip on a warm cup of Spiked Cider ($11) (available through the end of the month) when making your dinner reservations here.  And don’t forget to stock up on those last minute holiday presents!  Give the gift of Solstice and for every $50 in gift cards purchased, receive a $10 bonus voucher for yourself!
