This season, they are thrilled to offer fun-filled days of pumpkin painting and scarecrow making that the whole family can enjoy. Bring the kids and let their creativity shine as they decorate their very own pumpkins. Whether they opt for spooky designs or colorful creations, the possibilities are endless! The cover charge is just $10.00 per child, which includes one pumpkin, paint, and all the decorations needed to create a masterpiece. Gasper is all about creating wonderful memories with your kids – so don't worry about any messes or spills, they will provide all necessary materials.
They are also bringing back scarecrow making this year. Gather some hay, old clothes, accessories, and let your imagination run wild as you bring your scarecrow to life. This fun, hands-on activity is a perfect way to celebrate the fall season with your family. Cover charge is $8.00 per scarecrow. They will also have the following items available: Scarecrow Stakes – small $5.00 each / large $6.00 each. Hats for Scarecrows – $6.00 each.

Snipes Farm & Education Center, which grows organic veggies for local hunger relief, offers an authentic farm experience, making its annual festival a popular local tradition. Snipes Farm Fall Festival runs every weekend for five weeks starting Saturday, September 28. Coleman Hay Farms is open for Fall Fest on Saturdays and Sundays starting September 28th and ending October 19th from 10 am – 4 pm. Tickets are not required. For $15 you get a tractor hayride, choice of hot chocolate, apple cider or water. Horse drawn carriage rides are $5. Hayrides go through cow pastures to see the Texas Longhorns and Beef Cattle and to get pumpkins. Pumpkins, corn stalks, straw bales, mums, farm stuffies and apparel are available for purchase. There will also be kids activities, sweet treats, an up close experience with Highland Cattle and Nigerian Dwarf Goats, photo opportunities and more.
Charlann Farms Fall Festival

Charlann Farms Fall Festival is fun for the whole family. Each child with a fall festival ticket will receive a sugar pumpkin to decorate at the pumpkin painting table. Peddler's Village offers events and festivals throughout the fall season. Scarecrows in the Village is taking place September 9 – October 27th, with the Scarecrow Festival being held September 14 & 15. OctoberFeast is being held October 12 & 13, which will feature food trucks, beer garden, live entertainment and family activities. The pumpkin carving contest is October 21-27 and the Apple Festival is held on November 2 & 3.
