Festival of Trees

Each year during the Annual Festival of Trees, the rooms of Pearl S. Buck’s iconic Bucks County stone farmhouse come alive with the glow of holiday decorations. The event showcases beautiful trees and vignettes designed by Bucks County’s best artists, decorators, and local community groups to convey the spirit of Pearl S. Buck’s legacy as an author, humanitarian, and activist. Visitors have the opportunity to vote for their favorite display. Festival of Trees remains one of the most unique and historic holiday traditions in the region.

2025 Newtown Holiday Parade

December 7, 11 am – 3:30 pm
State Street, Newtown, PA

This parade is a huge event that continues to provide a magical experience for the whole community. Hosted each year by the Newtown Business Association, it is a great opportunity for local businesses to get involved and for families to line the streets to watch a spectacular event. In past years over 60 groups have participated, totaling over 1,800 participants. Come out and find a comfy spot to watch this amazing event. The parade begins at 12 pm. Enjoy face painting, balloons, treats for our furry friends, hot cocoa, warm drinks, candy, and more before the parade.

Holiday Kick Off Party | Charlann Farms

November 29, 11 am – 3 pm

Enjoy a fun, family-friendly Holiday Kick Off Party. Rooster & The Chick Food Truck and Broad Street Brewing will be there. Children's music with Miss Sally is taking place at 11:30, and Santa will arrive on a tractor around 12:30 pm. There will be a jump pad, pony rides, face painting, holiday-themed games and more. Pick out the perfect Christmas tree, sip on hot cocoa and enjoy shopping in our holiday barn! Visitors are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy for the toy drive, benefiting Neighbor in Need!

Join Doylestown for the 111th Annual Tree Lighting. Music performances start at 5 PM with Santa arriving via fire truck at 7 PM to light the tree! Look for all of the holiday magic with strolling carolers, holiday characters and more!

Perkasie's 117th Annual Tree Light (America's Oldest) will be held from 5:00pm-8:00pm on Saturday, December 6th, 2025. Santa arrives on a Perkasie electric truck at 7pm to light the tree.
