SUMMER CAMPS AT BUCKS COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE

The Kids on Campus program at Bucks County Community College offers a wide variety of specialized camps and a new selection of camps is available each week. Campers choose which camp sparks their interest or curiosity. Weekly specialized camp offerings give parents and guardians the flexibility to choose which weeks fit their schedule. The camps range from arts and crafts, science and STEAM, theatre, sports and more. Each camp is taught by a certified teacher or by a highly qualified individual in their field of study.

Kids on Campus runs from June 16 to August 8, 2025. Camps are Monday – Friday, from 9 am – 3:30 pm. The weeks of June 16 and July 4 are four day weeks. Summer adventure is available for the Teens on Campus programs for ages 13-15. Each offers a variety of activities and experiences you won't forget. Campers are required to bring a bagged lunch each day and it is recommended that campers bring extra water, a hat, raingear if the forecast calls for inclement weather, and sunscreen that can be self-applied by the camper.

Join Cynthia and the creative assistants for an exciting week of creativity in their summer art camp. Children will enjoy spending time together in the renovated barn. Various media including clay, textile art, drawing, painting, printmaking and 3-D will be explored. Projects differ from week to week. The camp is for ages 7-12. Pack a snack and lunch! The camp runs 9-1 pm, Monday – Friday.  No refunds after May 1st. Register early as spots will fill quickly. Discounted rate ends after March 1st, 2025, after which the cost per week is $325.

Gymnastics is a sport that encourages children to learn and grow in many ways, both inside and outside the gym. Dynamix Gymnastics Camps are designed for gymnasts ages 5+ from beginner to advanced. Camp Curiosity is the perfect place for kids of all ages to discover and explore! From the younger camp, where your campers can try out new projects, to the older camp which challenges campers with more complex activities, plus a leadership program to help them master essential skills. Snipes Farm Day Camp for children ages 5-12 and the Camp Leadership Program (CLP) for youth ages 13-15 are programs that connect kids to nature and a beautiful community of friends and staff built over the last 17 years. Their days are filled with hands-on activities including harvesting fresh ingredients and cooking, games, exploring the woods and creeks, art and archery. Campers learn new skills and the value of stewardship as they tend a garden, and care for animals with friends. Farm Day Camp (ages 5-12): From the time campers arrive, the day is filled with activities infused with fun and community building through play and sports, all-camp circles, community care (chores), and small group activities. Each age group has an indoor space “bunk” to call their home away from home to get out of any inclement weather and to keep their things. Campers are divided into age groups: Green Beans ages 5-6, Sweet Potatoes ages 7-9, and Zucchinis ages 10-12. Cooking, art, nature classes, and archery (for campers ages 7 and up) are done by age group. Groups can combine for choice time activities in the afternoon and recess.

Camp Leadership Program (ages 13-15): The Camp Leadership Program (CLP) combines service, leadership development, skill building, adventure and fun! The program is hands-on with 80-acres on a certified organic farm and woods, creeks, fields and gardens to explore. Citizen science and camp service projects give CLP's special learning opportunities and responsibilities. Archery challenges all to be their best whether a novice or experienced and team building brings everyone together. Time with animals is a part of every day. CLP's learn about food first hand through gardening and cooking and projects with farmers. There is a weekly field trip for off-farm adventures.
