On Sunday, May 1st, bluegrass music is taking over town at the Newtown Bluegrass Festival! With two shows at the Newtown Theatre, one at 2:30pm and one at 7:30pm, along with a special party jam at Isaac Newton’s from 5 to 7pm, the fun will be non-stop all day long. Isaac’s party jam will feature live music, a special barbecue menu, drink specials and the company of fellow bluegrass music lovers. Plus, the band members from Straight Drive and James King will be on hand to mingle with the crowd.
Plus, all festivities will help support Pickering Manor, a non-profit senior living community in Newtown, that has operated since 1963.
