This Friday & Saturday evening, Barley Sheaf Farm Estate & Spa in Holicong (near Doylestown) will be hosting two days of Wine Pairing Dinners on their Estate. With seatings betwee 6 and 8 PM, enjoy a mouth watering 6 course meal, with wine pairings for each course. Tickets are $85 plus tax and service charge, but are all inclusive of meal and wine. Courses are:
- Roasted Garlic Soup with Prosciutto and Brie
- Blue Moon Micro Green Salad
- Jumbo Lump Crab and Avacado Martini
- Pistachio Crusted Lamb Chops
- Cheeses and POrt
- Goat Cheese Cake with Grilled Pineapple
